Endeavor Creative

The goal for this website was to create a custom, web-based tool that would eliminate administrative overhead for the owners of Rise & Shine Bakery (Dan & Alison)—who have fairly complicated order, delivery and customer-communication processes.  My programming partner-in-crime Steve Johnson made php and mySQL flip cartwheels—creating a custom administrative control panel to manage orders and generate reports (such as packing slips, baking lists and order summaries) and to allow customers to order bread and get reminders for pickup locations and times.  And because I, and the client, love Expression Engine, he married it all together. Awwww.

The extremely cool logo and identity system for Rise & Shine Bakery was designed by my friend, neighbor, and design hero Karen Larsen of Creative Space. 

Alison checks in with me just about weekly to tell me how much she loves her website, and that it achieved our goal of making their lives easier.
